Working Conditions

  • Owner company
  • Weekly working time is 40 hours
  • Each employee receives 30 days of holiday

Performance-Oriented Payment System

  • The salary system is fair and transparent - no distinction between age and sex

META participated in the consulting of the Logib-D, where possible differences in the gender-specific payment are analysed. Logib-D is implemented by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) in cooperation with prominent partners of the German economy. Equal pay of employees is an important basis for our personnel policy.
