Collection of personal data

User data

We collect and use your personal data (user data) only where this is necessary to allow us to make our online offers or to fulfil our contractual obligations. In particular, this includes details which are used to identify you and information about the start and end of our offers and the extent of their use.
For the purposes of advertising and market research, and to adapt our online offers to the current demand, we use pseudonyms to create usage profiles. You have the right to refuse to consent to this type of use of your data. The usage profiles do not contain personal data about the persons that the pseudonyms represent.
In certain cases, if so directed by the competent authorities, we may have to disclose information about the data (stock data) insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of law enforcement, emergency response, to fulfil the legal functions of the intelligence agencies or military counter-intelligence services, or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Moreover, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties without your express consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. One exception to this is in our service partners, who need to obtain the data in order to process orders (e.g. shipping agents tasked with delivery and banks appointed to process the payments). However, in such cases, the scope of the data being transferred is restricted to the minimum required. For the use of personal data which is collected by third parties (e.g. credit rating agencies), please refer to the general terms and conditions of the dealers concerned. META-Regalbau GmbH & Co. KG does not collect any data from third parties.

Where there are inputs on our contact form that ask for information which is not necessary for establishing contact, these are always marked as optional. We use this information in order to clarify your enquiry and to help us handle your request better. This information can be disclosed only on a voluntary basis and with your consent. If this involves details about communication channels (for example your telephone number), then you are giving consent for us to contact you through such communication channels in order to answer your enquiry.
