The principle of paperless picking with Pick/Put by Beamer is to give instructions to the warehouse worker directly at the shelf and picking trolley. For this purpose, the beamer shuttle lights up the respective compartment with a clearly visible beamer (light point). The information is transmitted via the direct connection to the merchandise management or warehouse management system.

The beamer shuttle is attached directly to the shelf.
The shuttle moves in the aisle with a safety distance above the picking zone, but can also be guided above the rack.
The beamer shuttle can illuminate both shelf rows in the respective aisle.
The modularity of the system allows almost unlimited application possibilities when it comes to picking and managing goods and keeping the warehouse up to date. The crucial thing is that the picker has the hands "FREE" to pick.
The modular design ensures high flexibility, cost-efficient installation and retrofittability.

Software

For operability, the system provides a graphical user interface under Windows, which requires a short training period.

Various picking methods are included in the standard software and can be used immediately.
