META MULTISTRONG Heavy

Thanks to its high functionality and flexible application possibilities, MULTISTRONG cantilever racking is used in many industries for the storage of heavy long goods. MULTISTRONG Heavy is also available in combination with mobile trolleys.

For horizontal storage of long goods, storage of sheet and plate goods
Hot-rolled profiles IPE 160-300, upright and base profiles are screwed together
Cantilever arms height adjustable in 100 mm increments (screwed)
stand heights: 2000 - 7500 mm, (every 100mm possible)
Cantilever arm lengths: 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1250, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1750, 2000 mm
Cantilever arm load: max. 3,400 kg (Profile IPE 80-140)
Structural analysis is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DGUV rule 108-007, RAL-RG614/5 and Eurocode 3.
Cantilever arms with and without deflector (device for unrolling mandrel), effective height of unrolling mandrel 220 mm
Stand incl. floor anchoring
Finish: Uprights, arms, foot sections in RAL 5010 gentian blue, infill, rolling pins and small parts galvanized
Only suitable for indoor installation
Axle dimension: 1000, 1250 and 1500mm
