Elektro Schröder, based in Gütersloh, operates in the electrical engineering sector and stocks an extensive range of electrical goods. A flexible storage concept was developed for the central warehouse in collaboration with META, designed to support clear stock retrieval and efficient processes.

A two-storey META CLIP shelving system is in use, which makes optimum use of the available headroom and creates additional storage capacity for small electrical items. The solution is complemented by a counter based on META CLIP, as well as META MULTIPAL pallet racking and a cable reel rack. This allows both smaller items and pallets and cable reels to be stored appropriately and in an organised manner.

The combination of the various systems brings together structured storage with short access routes and flexible use of the available space. Thanks to the coordinated planning, a suitable warehouse concept was developed for Elektro Schröder, which supports daily processes in the central warehouse and enables efficient order fulfilment.
