ID LOGISTICS operates an e-commerce logistics centre in Frankfurt for a diverse range of goods. A solution was required for the storage of items from A to Z that combined high storage capacity with structured and efficient processes.

A four-storey META CLIP shelving system is in use. The system makes optimum use of the available headroom and creates clearly organised storage spaces for the various items across several levels. This is complemented by a bespoke META steel structure solution, which provides safe access to the storeys and enables the racking system to be utilised.

The combination of the multi-storey shelving system and the steel structure solution facilitates short handling distances, a clear product structure and efficient order picking.
