The system consists of two high-performance vertical conveyors that can move up to 640 cartons per hour, with a maximum load capacity of 50 kg per carton. To supplement the vertical transport, two horizontal 24V roller conveyors with a roller length of 487 mm are integrated into the solution.

A special design feature is the partially ceiling-mounted installation of the horizontal conveyors at a height of 2,600 mm. This creates additional free space at floor level, which improves accessibility and the efficiency of work processes.

The conveyor systems are seamlessly connected to the existing production lines. Due to ongoing operations, the installation process was carefully planned and closely coordinated with the customer to ensure uninterrupted production throughout the implementation phase.
