MATEROM is one of the leading companies in the Romanian automotive aftermarket and specializes in the import and distribution of new and used auto parts. 

To store wear and replacement parts for motor vehicles, the warehouse in Bucharest was equipped with a space-saving racking solution from META. The goal was to create a structured and space-saving storage system that also enables fast order picking.

A two-story META CLIP shelving system is in use. The racks make optimal use of the available ceiling height. The picking tower covers an area of 400 m². Both levels can be accessed safely and directly via the integrated staircase, ensuring a continuous workflow in the warehouse.

The META CLIP shelving units enable flexible and well-organized storage of a wide variety of items. Small boxes, individual parts, and packages of various sizes can be stored systematically and within easy reach. Thanks to the clear structure of the racking system and the high number of shelves, large quantities of items can be stored cost-effectively and picked quickly.
