„All materials for operations are stored, picked, and quality-checked at the Netz Niederösterreich central warehouse, including the readjustment of meters for electricity, gas, water, and heat.

We put out a tender for high-bay racking and shelving racks. The option of relocating at a later date was particularly important to us, as the warehouse is currently rented. Our goal is to learn how to operate here and then move all the materials to a new location in five to six years. A key factor in this was the QR code solution for bookings in the warehouse management system, with each storage location equipped with a QR code.

The collaboration with [META] is excellent. We have short communication channels and fast response times, especially when it comes to expansions. The quotation phase usually only takes a few days, we quickly reach an agreement, place orders quickly, and installation is just as fast. That's how it should be, and that's how it should stay. We are currently converting many decentralized warehouses, and fast responses are crucial for us.

Quality is just as important: talking to each other, consulting, and finding solutions together. If something stands out, questions are asked and corrections are made. It's not just a matter of implementing what the customer wants, but of actively thinking along with them, even in the planning phase.“

We took care of the entire planning process, organized the delivery of goods, unloaded the trucks, and were responsible for the entire installation process, right through to completion and acceptance. Even the label stickers and electrical work were part of our remit. We were involved in the technical aspects of the sprinkler system, but the work was carried out by specialist companies.

A particular challenge and, at the same time, an exciting change was the integration of the lighting and the joint development of a new shelf space labeling system with the customer. This required creative brainstorming to ensure the best possible service and a smooth process. As soon as we were finished, the customer was able to start storing goods immediately.“
